A 30 year vet of the HR wars, I have evolved to the point that I truly believe that we can all do better for each other. I have worked in, studied, taught and explored the many aspects of people coming together to achieve a wide variety of objectives. I have come to believe that working together is the way human beings build societies – one person, one job, one organization and one community at at time. I hope that if we can get this right, we can achieve great things – maybe even peaceful coexistence. My greatest passion is teaching, helping others as they work to meet their fullest potential.
